1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note:

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

For orders with free delivery, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please take clear photos of the item and the packaging.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or repair.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), Simajay Furniture will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
